For full package deals (including airfares) we require full payment at the time of booking.

For accommodation deal bookings (no airfares but all other inclusions), we require the first night's tariff as deposit to secure your booking with the remainder payable 30 days (4 weeks) prior to your arrival.
Once we have received your form and processed your booking you will then receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details. If you have booked a full package deal with airfares, your e-ticket will be sent with the email.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Package deals which include airfares are not refundable once the tickets have been issued.

Accommodation Package deals (no airfares) deposit amounts are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. We request first night's tariff as the deposit which is still refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will attract 100% of tariff.
We cannot stress highly enough the importance of investing in TRAVEL INSURANCE. Should you need to cancel for any reason please be aware this is the most reliable way to claim back any payments we cannot refund. We understand most cancellations are for valid reasons and certainly sympathise.
However, we cannot insure against these circumstances but you can... with travel insurance.
